If I'm understanding you correctly, it could just be you're not used to the wider wheels and you're just experiencing tire pull. If the tire tracks are deep enough in the roads, it'll do that to cars that have wider wheels compared to its stock width counterparts.

There is nothing wrong with Rota. Any wheel can be bent if it takes a hard enough impact

yeap fixed my post that is what the tire shop told me, that whomever owned the wheels before might of hit a big pot hole and cause them to be how the are now :thanks a lot guys!!!
