Default I need help with my rex.

I have a 1990 crx with a jdm d15b and for some reason it wont start anymore. It started before and now it juyst cranks. I have the stock dizzy so there is only one bolt holding it. I know the firing order is 1342 but does it matter where the #1 plug is set on the dizzy? I know that the #1 plug is set right before the rotor contacts but it still does not start even with me turning the dizzy back and forth. Help me get it back on the road.

could be a fuel related issue. maybe your pump is dead.
