Car is throwing ECU CEL 15 right? I bet you've changed the dizzy, ecu, blah blah blah correct? and still won't solve the porblem?
Well.. I've come to fin out that the code is Faulted by the engine harness...
In order for any swap to work, you MUST have the correct ENGINE HARNESS with the correct CAR. (I.E., you have a HF crx, you MUST HAVE a HF engine harness, nothing else will work "plug-n-play".
Hope this helps alot of people.

HOLD THE PRESSES!! If it plugs in I can't just assume that since it plugged it it must be wired exactly the same as my old engine harness? So i can't use a '89 hf harness on '89 civic si? EVEN THOUGH IT PLUGS IN????!!! You mean all these posts about changing the same year dx to an si wiring DIY's are because their wiring harnesses are different?
No sh*t.
And from what your saying with the last part... If i drop a k24 into an hf and i used the hf engine harness it will be a plug and play?
