Default Wideband converter (searched)

I have done lots of searching but I have one question. Is there a device that will take a wideband output and convert it to a narrowband output? I plan to run hondata in the future wide the wideband output directly in, but right now I have a stock ecu. A wideband like this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...sting
only has a wideband 5v output. Is there a conversion module that will allow me to use it with my stock ecu?

I have found this device:
http://www.zeitronix.com/Products/zt2/zt2.htm
that does have a 1v narrowband output, but I like the AEM unit more. I wanted to know if there is a device that will allow me to use it with my regular ecu. Thanks.

So basically, I could send the 5v output from the AEM controller to the JAW unit, and the JAW would output a 1v narrowband signal to my ecu?

the innovate widebands have a analog output that you can program to any voltage output (to simulate a narrow band)

Thanks for the tip on the innovate controller. I have decided to go with that one. Only reason why I chose that over the zeitronix is cause I like the way the innovate gauge looks more.
