Default Car Bogging (searched)

yes i already did my research and i think it could be the fuel filter, spark plugs, timing belt missing a teeth, vaccum leaks or fuel injectors need cleaning, i check the code and it was 72 random misfire cylinder 2, Car btw is 1998 integra ls , 149 xxx, mods- short ram intake. car bogs with medium pressure around 1k- 2900 rpm and after that it runs fine, sounds like a boat with alot of rattling. What do you think the problem is ? thanks in advance

This is a stretch but it's happened to me...make sure your distributer isn't losing power. I had my air filter rub up against it and it took voltage out of my dizzy, which caused a bog.

would start by doing compression and leakdown... had one of these at work with same issue , ended up needing a valve job.....

Sounds like the problem is in your ignition system.
Inspect your ignition wires, and dizzy cap/rotor. If you can't remember the last time you changed them, change'em.
