Your engine should be fine even with those miles.

Things to change:
ALL Honda OEM parts. Don't skimp.
-Timing belt
-Get H23 manual timing belt tensioner and have it installed.
-Water pump

Yes, the H22A1 ECU is slightly different than the JDM version. The tuning is a LITTLE different. The JDM one is slightly more agressive. The JDM ECU has a speed limiter too.

The timing belt auto tensioner can fail. It fails more often than you might think. H23 is a manual tensioner. Won't fail.

If your auto tensioner fails, you'll definitely be looking for a JDM swap.

ok thats good to know...soo ill buy the tensioner from the h23...do i have to do some kinda modification to put the tensioner from the h23 or its justs the same?
