Had the AC repaired and now have a funky smell coming in. I bought an AC spray deodorizer sold by BG. It says to spray the air intake for the AC but I do not know where this is, the evaporator? Anyone done this?

 

i dont kno about the whole ac thing but i had a bad heater core in my 90 integra and wen i would attempt to use my defogger a weird looking smoke would billow out and smell liek complete trash

 

I sprayed the BG product into the air intake, took the cowl off, and also sprayed it in the evaporator area as I was installing a cabin air filter there. Then rutned on the AC and sprayed into the intake so it the fan would take the spray into the system. Will know by tomorrow if this works.
