hello, I'll just get to the point. i have a 94 gsr, and yesterday when i went WOT in second gear, near redline the rpms just dropped like i had the clutch in.. all the way to idle..i immediatly let of the throttle and just shifted into 5th..this only happend for a quick second and hasnt happend since...any thoughts? motor is bone stock just intake...

did it pop out of gear?

umm..yea pretty positive i wasn't in 4th gear...and no it didnt pop out of gear...its like the motor just shut off for a second....

 

Ground problem? Is there a bad circuit involving your VTEC solenoid? That sounds like you might have some electrical woes, but I'm kind of at a loss as to what it could be other than those.

 

i just looked at the wiring on my vtec solenoid..it does look a little "tired" i think you may be onto something...thanks..i'll start here...

 

fuel cutoff?

 

why would the fuel just cutoff? and only for a moment?
