Recently there was a girl in the town that I live in that wrecked her GSR. I was looking at the seats and the driver side seat seems to be alittle bent. Thats the back rest thing im talking about. The guy that is in charge of parting the car out says that is normal for the driver side seats. I really dont think so but I wanted to ask you guys to make sure.

If this works out, how easy is it to install the GSR Seats in to the EH2?

If it is bent, you should be able to swap your rails on to the GSR seats....at leas that is what I did with an Si seat....

 

I think its a problem with the actual seat. Lets see if I can explain it better...
The bottom of the seat is straight but the back (where your back lays) is facing slightly to the right. This is the driver side seat. The passenger seat seems to be fine.

I have teg LS seats in my 5th gen hatch. Just swap your rails for the teg rails. 30 minutes at most with proper handtools.

 

That should fix the back slighty facing the right?

 

how was the car hit? i know for a fact that my gsr seats arent bent or moved to the right.. they are pefectly straight normal like the civic seats it sounds like it was maybe a side impact and the seat was damaged in the process..

 

The car rolled. Kind of wierd story, earlier that day she was reving on me downtown and wanting to race me, i declined and turned away. That night she tried to take a curve at 120 and rolled the car. The seats are ok except for that slight problem.

dude, no, that is NOT common or supposed to be like that. i had a problem like that with a Teg seat i had. it's almost impossible to get the seat rest back straight. so unless you like leaning in towards the radio i'd look elsewhere for seats. sit in a seat in which the seat back doesn't sit straight. it's VERY FREAKIN annoying.

or you could get a qoute to fix it. I have a set of del sols that were like that, and yes it is FREAKIN ANNOYING but a shop qouted me 100 bucks to fix it. Might want to look into that but get the qoute before you buy the seats.

 

how much do they want for the seats?? ive been thinking about selling my integra seats grey leather seats and getting something new they have some wear but are in good condition and look good in the car.. i have front and rear seats both leather out of a 4 door integra..

 

they wanted 150 for the front 2 seats, cloth. How much would you sell yours for?

 

i paid almost 600 bux for them after shipping if i remember right i bought them back in October so its been almost a year..

150 bux for 2 cloth front seats isnt that bad.. but one is damaged so its not a good deal if you ask me

 

yeah 150-200 is going rate but damaged, i wouldn't pay more than 100
