Default Magna Flow High-Cat

I was wondering if a magna flow high-cat sounds good for my car?
If I do get it, will it fit on my gsr?
How much would one run about anyways?

check that, the 00-01 gsr is left n/a and was wondering if you just have to get a shop to weld it on custom, or if they have a direct fit
