Well, I had the check engine come on, and i got OBD-II to read my car..said it was the 3rd cylinder misfiring.. i checked wires n plugss, the wire going to cylinder 3 was caroded so i replaced all the wires, n also aprkplugs since i needed lil tune up.. cheanged them to Irdium spark plugs.. Well after that ireset the car n read it.. Said there was no problems, once i hit a lil highway in Windsor ,ontario.. the check engine light came on agian. so what will it be now? anyone have a clue where i can start looking?...

any help would be great.

P.s.. when i drive i get the pop Noise once ahwile, when i accelrate..

Cap and rotor? I know 96 Accord has a free emission warranty extension. For cars up to 150k. They replace cap, rotor, wires, and plugs. Part of a penalty Honda has to pay.

Check the conditions of your cap and rotor.

 

Yah ill check that when the god damn rain stops! lol.. i thought of that but i kno there was alittle corosion ( green stuff ) n the whole where spark wires go, on the cap... well i cleaned it good as i can without taken it off.. mabe i shud check that...

n i have like 233,xxx on my car right now.. Too late? or can i call honda and check that out?
