Default need some help!! 1998 civic

hello,
i have looked through my service manual and searched for it. could someone help me identify two plugs. Any and all help will be appreciated.
thanks a lot bill


these two plugs are under the dash on the drive side

no i dont think so... i bought the car from the insurance company with no motor. now i am trying to start it and the fuel pump will no turn on and the car wont crank over. no i am going trough all of the wiring to see if anything is missing and found these two plugs

I believe the top picture is in the Haynes manual look at page 12-22 or 12-23.... its for the Starting system.

i think those plugs go to the turnsignal/headlight/wiper assembly


for fuel, check if you have a fuel main relay, its going to be above the hood latch , its a gray box with a brown plug(7wire)

for crank/start, cehck the clutch safety switch , whatever its called, its going to be located on the clutch pedal assembly up top, pretty much its a on/off switch, make sure its pressing the button when u step on the clutch if not, fix it, to test it just jump the plug/connect to the 2 wires

2nd pic, does your horn work? maybe goes to the horn relay

im hjust throwing out ideas, i could just go cehck my car but im tired and cold

just realized u were in a 98 civic, the fuel main relay is going to be on the passenger side above the ecu area / behind the glove box
