Default obd1 conversion problem, code 41 oxygen sensor

guys, i'm having a problem with my obd1 conversion everything seems to be ok, except that i keep getting a code for the 02 sensor, so I changed the 02 sensor resetted the ecu, still comes up with the code. The obd jumper that i'm using came with the car when i bought it, I think it's an ebay one, anybody has any input? I also tried adding a ground to the 02 sensor, which didn't do anything either. any help is appreciated. thank you

It's easy to get the wires mixed up on the o2 sensor. Switch them around until the code goes away. Don't forget to reset the ecu each time!
