Default Am I lacking anything people? freshening up a B16A swap....

What's up guys/gals?

I am in the process of accumulating the last few parts I need for the reinstallation of my old 1st gen. B16A that was in my '89 DX that I used to have, into my new(er) '90 Si. Either way.

Here is what I have, followed by what I realize I'm lacking to make these particular upgrades work. Your all's job is to read this and let me know of anything that I've forgotten to mention, or get. Thanks in advance.

Have:
-Engine
-Rebuilt Y1 tranny (LSD equipped)
-P28 ECU
-OBD1 GSR Distr.
-OEM Honda Cap and Rotor replacement
-Rywire OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness
-Axles (O'Reilly's, weak, but they'll do)
-ARP headstuds
-Supertech Valves (oem sizing, flat faced)
-OEM Honda Upper Head Gasket kit (head gasket, exhaust, intake, etc.)
-OEM valves seals (as mine were getting bad in a almost 20 year old head).
-ITR Intake manifold
-ITR Throttle Body(map and tps included)
-Skunk 2 Pro Series (cam gears)
-OEM VTEC solenoid gasket
-STR billet cam seal

NEED:
-To replace my LMA's as they are clicking when VTEC isn't engaged (EXPENSIVE)
-4-wire O2 sensor
-New Main Relay (as mine is starting to give me trouble lately).
-Timing Belt

Christmas is coming and I'll be getting Full Race traction bars most likely so those will open up space for a good 4-1 header. Till then I just need to get things going.

I'll probably keep using the same water pump and oil pump. However I would like to trade someone for a B16A timing belt as I have a GSR one I won't be using that is brand new and in the package.

Thanks for the help.

And blow out easier.

Shaving the head and/or block will achieve the same result, get a better seal, and give you a nice headgasket.

Besides, it's not like honda offers diffent layer headgaskets, you just take layers out of the stock one to make a ghetto compression bumper.

have you done the rear main seal yet? if the motor is already out u may as well do it. seal cost like 16 dollars and takes literally 10 minutes to do with the motor already out. when normally u need to drop the motor and remove the trany clutch and flywheel.

and when it leaks it SUCKS lol. oil EVERYWHERE

Good suggestion "prettylew"!

You're referring to the seal behin the oil cooler am I correct that is just a big o-ring? If so, I had to replace that while I was in school at florida one time.

I realized an oil smell and saw my car smoking at a stoplight and knew something was up. It was messy for sho.

It's the seal on the block inside the tranny case.
