Use only Honda ATF-Z1 from Honda. Do not use anything else. It is fairly simple to change and requires three quarts at $7-8 each. A plug in the bottom of the transmission is removed and once drained close up. Put fluid in where the transmission dipstick comes out. You will need a long funnel. There is no filter to change because it is internal and only changed in a complete rebuild.
To be sure check with Honda but this is the method I use and have had zero problems.
