Default proportioning valve help

I am in the process of replacing my brakes on my 1995 civic cx hatchback , I just replaced my front brakes with a wilwood 12.19 four piston brake kit, and changed the rear drum brakes to eg6 disc brakes, I used a type r master cylinder and I need to know what the best or easist proportioning valve is to install with my set up?

I'm not sure if you need anything special with the oversized front brakes, but when i converted to rear disks i used a prop valve from an DC2 integra. i don't think it matters what model. you also should be able to use one from a ek or eg civic si.

no not entirely true. if you did use the prop valve off of a DC2 it can only had been from one that was non abs, which i believe was 94-95 rs models. all the others have abs and the prop valve is not compatible.

being that the op has a 95 cx, all 92-95 civic (non abs) have the 3030 prop valve, and the ek aren't compatible due to the way the lins are ran.

go to any junk yard that carries hondas. look for any 90-93 integras (DA). they are the most commonly used when it comes to the 4040 prop valve. which is the valve that you need.

90-93 Integra non-ABS
94-95 Integra RS

Will say 4040 on it.
