So it seem likes my car hates me and wont start. When i put the key in and turn it nothing no click nothing so I checked the starter and it is good when i run power straight to it from the battery. Now im guessing the problem is in the stering column somewhere so does anyone have any idea what it could be please help

The car would still turn over if the relay was bad, it just wouldn't start...
OP: Do all the dash lights and everything light up? Checked all your fuses? I had a ignition switch go bad on my old DA and when the key was in the ON position (II) no lights would come on, then I'd press the key a little further but not quite far enough to start it, and all the lights would come on. Let go of the key and it sprang back to the ON position (II) and all the lights would go out again. Replaced the ignition switch and all was good

when i put the key in everything comes on but once i turn the key nothing happen and i dont think it the main relay because i can still hear my fuel pump it kinda loud being a walbro so thats not the problem i guess it could be the ignition switch

if its a standard check the clutch safety switch, its a button under the dash that gets pushed in when the clutch is pressed in(the reason the car wont start unless you press the clutch in) the plastic gromet popped out on my as i was going down the track!
