i have a b18a1 in a 91 civic hatchback with a pr4 obd0 ecu that throwing a code thats 1 long blink and 7 short blinks is this code 17? and what is code 18? the problem im having with the car is while idleing its roaming from 1,000 rpm to 2,000 rpm.can anyone tell me what code this is

on the side of the manifold ther is a soilenoid its a idle control valve it has a round cover with 2 phillps screws in it take the 2 screws off and there is a white buble with a big slice in it take a big screw driver and tighten the bubble clockwise till it stops reassemble it and the reving up and down issue is gone

code 17 is speed sensor
