How is the ride quality without pillow ball mounts compared to the stock suspension of an E36 M3? Can the settings be set to something this soft or is the Tein HA more extreme than this?

I'm just asking about how harsh the bumps feel compare to the E36 M3. Is Tein HA on it's softest setting harsher than the M3 suspension?

if yoru worried about harshness, then you dont need the teins...or any REAL suspension...

 

I don't need any more bone head comments like the one right above. I'm just trying to get a feel for how this suspension is. I would want the feel of the M3 for regular days and something stiffer for special days.

 

Just take a spin in a car equipped w/ Teins..that is the answer.

My HA's are quite rough even at a low setting, but I do have higher spring rates.
My impression on it is that why it is at a low setting the car feels too loose. So it's all about preference.

 

the ride on my car is less bouncy if its on the softest setting...but its a bitch too wen i set it up to stiff...
