LS and GS are both optional leather. And not all the GSR's have leather. The Integra Type R B18C5(and equilvilents:JDM ITR motor) is the best B-series motor, unless your talking about power per liter and than it would be the CTR motor:B16B. Oh yeah, the ITR has factory LSD too with the shortest geared tranny.

SE = GS
There is a thing called "option" on the trims so a LS and GS can acutually almost be the same interior/exterior and so can a GS and GS-R. Just look at it this way.
RS = Base model. No sunroof, no power lock, no ABS
GS = Has all the Gs-R options (leather, ABS, spolier, power everything, painted side molding, tweeters) except for the engine, rims, and a few small stuff (badges, less sound insulation, ect)
LS = Has RS features (cloth seats, 3rd brake light, no tweeters, ect) and some GS feature also. (sunroof, power everything, ABS, etc) It also has options such as leather, spoiler, etc.
GS-R = Has everything a GS can have/has except for the engine, badge, rims. Has a few of LS options such as cloth seats and what not.
Not much diffrent in LS/GS. The RS pretty much is the base and the GS-R is on top excluding the R. There is also minor things that differs if you put what year vs year into play. 94-95 non v-tec vaule cover vs 96+, side molding color match on 95 SE + and 97 LS stuff like that.
I belive that all G3 Tegs have rear disk brakes... its those older civic that you've been hearing about that don't.
*After typing this and reading your post I was way off... Get a RS if you can live w/o ABS no sunroof, power stuff, and what not. Get a LS/GS if you want what the RS don't have (features/options). And lastly get a GS-R if you want v-tec. End.
