For what they are , they are bright enough to serve thier purpose. Your foglights use H3 bulbs. The thing iv'e noticed with H3 bulbs, the blue or yellow coated ones seem to give off less light than tinting the actual foglight housings lens. If you are going for the yellow output, use lamin-x vinyl tinting material.
f you would like upgrade the brightness of your foglights, do not go 100W because the harness is not made to handle more than 55w and if you were to handle 10w you'd have to hack the harness and beef up all the wires and fuse holder. I'd recommend going with a 6000k-1000k HID kits. While the 3000k kits give off a yellow light, they are stupid bright!!!, wil blind everyone and attract alot more attention.
