The head castings are pretty much the same. They have slightly different cam profiles.
The d15b head uses a VX cam pulley, valve seats, and retainers. It has unique valves and springs.
By the way, I'm assuming you mean the 0bd1 JDM d15b VTEC. There is more than one version of the d15b.
