Default Code 43.....What could it be??

First, I have a crx with an obd-0 b18b1 in it. I keep getting code 43 and I can't seem to figure it out. Anybody have any idea what it could be? Here is a list of stuff I've done:

Checked:
plugs
wires
timing

Replaced:
distributor
o2 sensor
map sensor
tps
fuel filter

Um, so I need to replace the fuel supply system? Anyhow, I am very aware that code 43 is fuel supply system but I need to know what part of the fuel supply system could be causing this. Next
