ok i was looking to buy guages that have a tachometer on them and would fit into my dash and the ex guages have a tachmeter and i think look much better then the dx guages so is there a way that i can hook up the guages off a ex civic into my dash and all guages work like speed/gas/motor heat/check engine, will work.
help please

 

yes there is a way to do it, you have to re-pin the clip that plugs into the cluster itself. i know the diagram is on here somewhere...you just have to search.

however, i know the lx cluster would be a direct swap into your dx vic. i've got an 04 vic and i'm using the cluster from an 03 lx and didn't have to change a thing.
