About a year ago, I installed a new antenna in my Prelude and the radio worked ok, but I could only access a few stations. Now, none of it works, including my CD player.. It just stopped working all together. I just get static. Any ideas? Anyone else have this problem. The reason I replaced the old antenna was because it did not retract, but, I was able to receive all stations. Now I can only hum to myself.(boring). Any ideas? anyone else have this problem.

 

damaged antenna wire. Remove the whole interior and replace it. I had to on my 4th gen because someone stole my stereo and cut the antenna wire..

The car has a 6 cd changer in the trunk and uses the oem radio to run it. Just a note to everyone. I may tinker with the wires in the trunk and see what I find. Its a possibility that the wires are loose. Any other suggestions?
