Default valve timing and camshafts

Does anyone know if I can calculate when the valves open and close with the information shown below?

Description Cam # Adv. Dur. Dur @ .050 Lift (in) Lift (mm)

USDM B18B1 (’92-’00) Stock 274°/278° 183°/184° .393"/.380" 9.98/9.65

I see where the valve durations are listed and I see where the lift is listed.
So how does one know when the valve opens and closes?

For example, how many degrees BBDC does the exhaust valve open?

help would be much appreciatted.
