Hello,

This is my first post. I just redid the cv boots on my accord (driver's side) and I am having a heck of a time refitting the drive axle into the transaxle. I'm beginning to think that the difficulty might be because I didn't replace the spring clip at the end on the axle? (by the way how important is it to replace the spring clip rather than reuse the same one?).

in any case, I'm wishing i had just forked out the cash to buy new axles.

any advice would be appreciated.
