off by less then half a turn is a tie rod adjustment problem. if the wheels upside down the the intermediate shaft was installed 180 out.

There's a spell check button you know.
Not being a grammar ****, it would just make it easier for everyone to answer your question (and further questions) when you write coherently.

If your steering wheel is off center the reason is either in the first reply to your post or due to the fact that they didn't lock the wheel during the alignment.

My suggestion would be to make them align it again and MAKE SURE THE WHEEL IS LOCKED STRAIGHT this time.

The first thing you need to do is forget about fixing your car; you need to focus on getting some serious speech/spelling help. I assume you drive a new civic and therefore you must be some sort of modern materialistic person as we all are in reality, but putting that kind of crap on the internet is the first step to making this country uneducated and weak, show some self pride and go out and learn something. I realize you are only 19 years old but hey guess what so am I and I still have plenty of time to go crazy and let loose a bit. I am taking this in as the worst writing I have ever seen and if I held a contest for dumbest and most ignorant person you sir would be the frontrunner no question……
