i don't think you have to change anything because they don't really make an exhaust for the lx its all ex exhaust with another piece for the lx. i have an ex exhaust on my lx and got the extension pipes on an ex header should bolt right to your exhaust as is

Best thing to do since you looking for a Megan test pipe as well is to just buy the Megan racing header for like $80 then the Megan racing mid-pipe. Buy it for the EX and everything will bolt right up. Hangers and everything are in the same location for both. If you don't want an engine check light get a cel-eliminator. Call up the guys at Megan racing. Just do a search and get there phone number. Tell them you need a header, mid pipe and cel-eliminator. It will run less then 200 total. the cel-eliminator goes at the top of the mid-pipe. Then plug the longer of the 2 sensors into it. will need to remove it from the holders its on. The sensor is some odd standard measurement so make sure you have a bunch of wrenches in the larger sizes. hard to work in the small places so be prepared for a decently long job. Watch out on the header when taking the nuts off them. They were almost rusted on and had to chisel them off.

Should be all for now post any questions if you have any i will be more than glad to answer them. My set up is on my sig.
