Is your battery dead? Have you tried to jump start it yet?

if your not getting spark check your ignitor and coil and make sure your cap and rotor are in good condition.

Check and then double-check the timing belt. I had a starting problem last winter that confused the hell out of me. After going through every problem i could think of, i reluctantly brought it to a Honda dealership. They went over everything and eventually found that my timing belt had shredded and the crank pulley had skipped 4 teeth. It would give all the signs that it would start, but never started. I had fuel, spark and obviously had air.

Check that because shredded timing belts can be a big damn headache. Also, mine quit on me during low rpm slow driving.
