Default F2D?

Ok so today I was looking on hmotors and seen a f22b1 engine i think it had like 145 hp 147 tq. I was wondering if they made f2d kits and if anyone has did this? I've searched but havent found anything except f2b ect. If this can be done where could I get this adapter kit at? Thx

I believe Bense runs an F2D setup, or at least he did until he missed a shift and put a rod through the block.

I don't believe the sohc f22's are compatibdle with the h2d/h2b kit, the f20 he used is externally the same as an h22, so it mounted like an h2d/h2b, the sohc's I'm positive mount up differently and require a different kit.

I informed Andrew of this thread, so perhaps he can take some time away from trying to JB Weld his block back together and provide some insight here.

all f/h series trans bolt patterns are the same.

just follow the steps in my f2d thread and you don't have to touch the shock tower like the dohc does. i'm not going to answer anything else in here, because I've already answered it
