I recently built a ls/vtec.. and its starting to smoke... white.. coolant..
i have a noticable loss of coolant.. but dunno where its coming from..
i thought it might be the intake manifold gasket cause i swapped manifolds and didnt replace it.. but it doesnt look like its leaking.. the plugs dont have any residue on them..
i didnt compression test for a head gasket yet cause the intake manifold is off still but i will after i replace the gasket.. hopefully tomorrow
one other thing.. i drained the coolant from the head.. removed the coolant line that goes to through the manifold and then removed the manifold.. all the intake valves look semi wet..
i tried to get my large fingers in there with no luck..
the runners on the intake manifold look dry..


looking for some opinions on a way to narrow it down
