stock cam specs needed

i wanted to know the stock specs for a d16z6 camshaft
lift and duration
i got aftermarket cams and i was wondering how much of a difference there was.

that dosnt tell me the lift and duration of the camshaft for a d16z6. i appretiate it anyway.
