I just brought my set, and im willing to install it myself along with my bros and some friends, ima follow this article

but im not going to use bolts and nuts i want to weld it on, i have a friend that has welding experience he told me hell do it just to tell him where to weld on, now gurus my question is after taking off the usdm radiator support and mounting on the jdm rad support following the article on taking off the weld spot on those same spot would have to weld back on? im guessing so cuz that what was holding it in the first place or correct me if im wrong, where exactly would require welding.

or if somebody could draw on the pic where to weld i appreciated it
My first plan was to paint first the front end parts then install, after searching i read that when welding it wouldnt work cuz of no ground, so ima paint first the hood,fenders, bumper,grill, and lip, then the rad support and bumper support.

 

search is your friend but since its under my favorites, here ya go. this is just for the top radiator support but it keeps the bottom usdm support. i did my whole radiator support when i did mine but this way is faster and easier. you weld it where the usdm radiator support was drilled out
