Can anyone tell me what size bolts I need that I can get from Home Depot for the following:

I would, but they wanted $110 for all of those bolts, and the sales guy told me to just get them from home depot.
It there a website similar to realoem.com for hondas?

Thanks. that was pretty close, but it does not give bolt sizes.

Go to a junkyard and pull the nuts and bolts yourself.

Step 1: Find all the part numbers for the bolts you need.

Step 2: View this thread: Make-up of Part Numbers

Step 3: Use charts in thread to find out measurements of bolts.

I posted that link for a reason, but I'm pretty sure no one (save for maybe the guy who posted in it) saw what you can really do with part numbers.
