Default HELP DEGREEING CAMS

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A GSR HEAD THAT HAD BEEN CUT BEFORE AND IDK HOW MUCH SO i AM GOIN TO DEGREE MY CAMS TO MAKE SURE THE TIMING IS ON. i KNOW HOW TO DO THE ACTUAL DEGREEING, MY QUESTION IS WHERE SHOULD THE EXAUST AND INTAKE CENTERLINE BE ON TYPE R CAMS. SUCK AS DEGREES BEFORE OR AFTER TOP DEAD CENTER. ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED THANKS.

somenody has to know the answerr or at least have a good link. ive searched quite a few times but no luck it just get the duration of the cams.
