Easy question

Wana swap Si EF seats into a DX Civic. Do they bolt up to the chassis using all the factory mount points?

i doubt it will bolt up. i bought some CIVIC si seats for my rex. did not bolt up . so vice versa.

 

im talking goin from a civic to a civic, hatch to hatch

 

OOO ic ic. i wouldnt see any problem there. seen ef hatch si seats in sedans as well.

 

I know 90-91's work, but are 88-89 rails the same?

 

I think there's a slight change in the rear right (driver side) and rear left (passanger side)

 

civic hatch seats in 88-89 differ from those in 90-91 in that the side to side hi low stagger is inverted (on the opposite side of each other) for each year plan, and the rails are also not quite the same length.... Is that why some guys swap seat pans?...maybe...Your question, however dx to si in the same year should be no problem....good luck......
