Neon Underbody Lights on 2000 Civic Si?
Ive got blue neons for under the chassis of my 00 Civic Si, 2 48" tubes for the sides and 2 36" tubes for the front and back. Where the hell do I install these, there is no notches underneath the car unlike most other cars. Its completely flat under the car. Only thing i can think of his to pull off the side skirts and cut them and mount them into them. If thats even possible. Let me know if you have done it and how you did. Thanks!
If youve read one or more posts by anyone on honda-tech you should have learned one thing...no one condones the words "neon lights" anywhere in any forum....sorry its some kind of unwritten rule.

Well I'll tell ya, when I installed my neon tubey-tubes on my Civic, the first thing I did was raise my car with my floor jack, which wasn't hard, due to my 22 inch chrome Giovanni's, then I removed my Veilside "style" side skirt, but I was careful not to scratch my newly painted Z3 grills in the front, and my MR2 side vents in the back, as well as my Testarossa "style" door scallops, then......................
neons are rice. But if you like it more power to you. Make sure to get some neon for your window squirters and don't forget the infamous neon exahust tip on your muffler.

This is correct, I would also like to add: you may want to be carefull not to tarnish your Motec exhaust when installing the rear one, and be carefull of any NAWWZZ lines, you could puncture one which may cause your floor pannel to blow off while racing.
HE HE HE! Then me and the mad scientist have to rip apart the body kit, to replace those side skirts that you scratched up! You almost out-glowed me?! Ya neva out glowed me, ya neva produced enough wattage!

Well, looks like you're gonna have to drill some holes to fit those as well as some screws. In addition, some double sided adhesive so they don't vibrate so much. More re-enforcement, the better since you don't want those suckers to shake and rattle until they don't work any more. Make some custom brackets and plenty of 'em that you can buy from some hardware store. Remember, zip ties are your friend!
No, I'm not a ricer, I'm just assuming since my friend has a sh*tload of neons on his car, so sometimes he would tell me how he installs them through his conversations. He's won the lighting competition at Hot Import Nights in April. So I'm just applying whatever I hear from him as my own educated guess as to how to go about something like this. Definately not my cup of tea with this sort of thing. Got any more questions, just shoot me a private message and I'll relay the questions to my friend. The dudes here don't take too kindly to anything remotely related to "The Fast & The Furious". Good luck anyway.
OMG, I didn't flame!

yeah unless your JDM or wanna GO FAST...in your honda or acura you ain't nothing here. I am also wondering where to put the front and the back one. I am thinking of putting them on my car. I saw some guy that put them on his car yesterday and he said he put those metal ties that screw tight to hold them down. I don know.
