What does the running light do? i was missing 2 fuses for the running light relay/running light so what does it really do?

 

I'd have to take a look at the fusebox, but it's likely that they're fuses for daytime running lights, which USDM cars are not equipped with.

 

so do u have it on your integra?

 

The US cars will not have fuses in the box in those spots and it won't do any good if you put fuses in since you also need specific relays to make it work properly. Search a bit, I found a ton of info on the stuff when I was looking before. The Canadian cars came equipped with drls.
