Cold Air intake for a d15b 3 stage?

I was wondering if i could buy a 97 ex C.A.I with a d15b 3 stage vtec swap and still have it fit?

any pipe and a filter covering you TB opening will do basically the same thing as long as it fits. get the specs and compare. GL
