Default Running a p75 ls ecu on my D16y7??

I was just wondering will i see any improvements from my motor by running the p75 ecu? I have a Aem intake, Dc header and 2.25 inch piping and a ex tranny!!
I know chances are i'm going to be running kind of rich

Rich enough to hurt anything?

EDIT: Awaiting answers on a different post. Same dilemma different setup. d15b7 i, h, e, jg 301 cam. advantages/disadvantages of p75?
