96 accord heater blows cold air after replacing radiator.

96 accord heater blows cold air after replacing radiator.
I replaced the radiator in 96 accord. I bled the system as called out in manual.
1. my heater worked before replacing radiator.
2. I know my thermostat works properly. I can see the anti-freeze level go down when the stat opens and the fans come on.
3. I don't have a blown head gasket.
4. The heater control valve seems to be operating correctly.
Doesn't anyone have any suggestions?
