For Sale: 1998 Acura Integra GSR

I just bought a Legend Sedan and need to sell my GSR. I am really going to hate to see her go.
I bought the car two years ago from my brother and he had it for about a year. He bought it from a dealership in VA. with about 140k miles on it. Since then the car has been driven on the highway to and from work mostly.
Car: Acura Integra GSR
Year:1998
Mileage:192,500
Price: $5,200 firm (no trades please)
The Good:
-Great looking original OEM paint
-10-17-07 Compression test: 210,210,205,215
-Timing belt,waterpump,seals all have only about 15k miles on them
-The motor is very very clean inside.(oil has been changed regularly)
-I switched to synthetic oil when I got the car two years ago at 150k miles.
-Dynoed 162 whp and 122 wtq at a very conservitive 12.9-13.0AFR street tune. It could make much more hp with a better tune.
The Bad:
-Normal daily driver wear
-Rip in the leather of drivers seat
-a few scratchs.. one on the back of the hatch one on the spoiler(biggest one)
Mods:
-J's racing style Intake
-AEBS intake manifold
-Hondata intake manifold gasket
-Civic Type R intake cam( bought new from Hmotorsonline
-JDM Integra Type R Style header (Stainless Steel)
-Omni power test pipe
-2.5" Stainless Steel exhuast
-Mugen twin loop style muffler
-Crome tuned ecu.
-8 lb flywheel
-stage 3 clutch.(Six puck)
-lowered on unknown name springs

These 4 gents go out to play golf one sunny morning. One is detained in the clubhouse, and the other three are discussing their children while walking to the first tee.
"My son Kent," says one, "has made quite a name for himself in the home-building industry. He began as a carpenter, but now owns his own design and construction firm. He's so successful in fact, in the last year he was able to give a good friend a brand new home as a gift."
The second man, no to be out done, tells how his son began his career as a car salesman, but now owns a multi-line dealership. "Norm's so successful, in fact, in the last six months he gave his friend two brand new cars as a gift."
The third man's son, Greg, has worked his way up through a stock brokerage, and in the last few weeks has given a good friend a large stock portfolio as a gift.
As the fourth man arrives at the tee, another tells him that they have been discussing their progeny and asks what line his son is in.
"To tell the truth, I'm not very pleased with how my son turned out," he replies. "For 15 years, Chico's been a hairdresser, and I've just recently discovered he's gay. However, on the bright side, he must be good at what he does because his last three boyfriends have given him a brand new house, two cars, and a big pile of stock certificates."

I'm pretty firm on the price I have about 3 maybe 4 serious potential buyers. The car is in very good shape and when people see it in person they are usually impressed on how clean it is. You can pm me your offer if you would like though.
Also I put some more pics up of the interior. I didn't get a chance to clean the car up inside but I promised someone some pictures for today. I will try and clean the car up tomorrow and get some better pics.
