Just picked up a decent bodied sedan for cheap, and want to piece together a turbo kit for the zc... I searched thoroughly but couldn't find any info on ZC mani's etc.....whats best for DOHC ZC's...

i had my dohc zc turbo'd it was nice i peiced together a kit but i cut and fabricated alot of stuff on mine then i pulled it off cuz im sellin the car had it eight years and time fora different body

 

The exhaust manifold bolt pattern is the same as your typical D-Series engine. Only modification (if any) is going to be port matching because the exhaust ports won't be 100% lined up. Not that big a deal but if you really want it to work best, that's the only thing that really stands out on the DOHC ZC exhaust manifold. I recall reading that a 92-95 SOHC VTEC exhaust manifold is identical in port shape but is shifted about 3mm up/down in comparison to the DOHC ZC exhaust manifold.

i had a turbo dohc zc in my ef hatch a while back.... loved it, and everything until i threw a rod for some reason.... id rebuild it if i still had the car
