Is there any point??
Im thinking about to buy some BF Goodrich drag radials. 205/50/R15 or 225/50/R15. Is there any point of getting the 225/50/R15 when i have a power range around 250-260whp or the 205/50/R15 will be just fine?? What would ya'll recommend??

225/50/15's will rub unless the car is not lowered...but they do get gobs of traction. At that hp range 225/50/15's will still be very useful for sure...but I think you could get away with the 205/50/15. Would you just take them to the track, or would you drive it on the street with them?
Well as soon as you step up to drag radials you are going to get better traction esp. if you are going from an all season tire to a drag radial. So even if you go from regular 205's to drag radials...you will still notice a difference in traction. Your best bet...buy a nice set of drag radials in the 225/50/15 along with a set of rims, and just take them to the track if you decide to do so. Drag radials wear like crap...I mean real bad, so you will be relacing them all the time if you drive the car any sort of distance...Good luck!!!
