Friends got a OBD0 B16 teg, Whats the best way to make power without doing any bottom end work, He wants to switch over to obd0, get a port and polished head with a whole new valve train, along with an intake manifold

What other things would go good with that, setup, does he need to upgrade the fuel system with that? or the ecu?

anyone have there own setup that works good, like what parts are you using
