OK the car. 1997 LS...
This is my odd question. Every time I start my car I get like a 3 second Electrical Hum coming from the passenger side of the car. (While Sitting in the car) IS this the ABS computer? But then every so often I will get that sound while driving... Any ideas? This might be too vague or a crappy example...

Could be..because I believe the abs comp. is located on the passenger side of the car. If it hums sometimes when you hit your brakes as well that'd be my guess!

It's odd though. It happens once in a rare occasion while just driving... I don't know a lot about the car. Just picked it up about a week ago...
Yes, the ABS modulator is mounted at the RF of the car. If it is cycling while driving, your high pressure reservoir is discharging past one of the solenoid valves. Is the brake fluid level in the ABS modulator low?
Also, check the ABS computer for stored codes. You do this just like a CEL. (See the Integra FAQ thread.)
