ap1 wheels.. how much are they worth?
I am wondering how much ap1 wheels in good shape our worth. I want a second set to powder coat black. I have the opportunity to get a set with tires: 85% tread remaining. The rears are "capitol negotiators" and the fronts are hankook ventus somethings..
what would you be willing to pay for a fresh set of wheels w/o tires.. and what are these worth with these questionable tires? I'm wondering if I should pick up a set w/o tires and then throw my own set of nice tires on.
thanks,
mike.

yeah thats wheels and tires... id spend 200 max... get a dinged set, curb rash and scrached up... the PC guy will sand them down and when the powder is applied you wont even know the difference... plus with any money u save on the rims, u can spend on the PCing... def the way to go...

Yes, I wouldn't pay more than 350 for them in perfect condition.

ive thought about buying to sets and selling the fronts to an rsx guys and keeping the rears for track purposes.... 245 all the way around for the easy turn in win!
im sure you could get 500 for a set of 4 fronts with tires off an rsx guy

AP1's are worthless.
$150 without tires, or $250-300 with tires.
even with S02's, i sold mine for like $200 last week. thats a bit under priced, i should have gotten at least $250, but im not sweating it either.
