Default oem gsr shifter on b16 shift linkage

Will an oem gsr shifter fit on a b16 shift linkage? I lifeted my car up to put it on but it seems like the oem gsr dual bend shifter is too wide on the bottom part to go in? Is this the case?

You sure you have a b-series shift linkage? An OEM Integra shifter will bolt on to any b-series shift linkage. The 99-00 Si linkage is the same as the 94-01 Integra linkage.

Civic shifters are more narrow on the bottom of the shifter where the bolt goes through.

So no, a stock Integra shifter will not fit a B16 linkage.
