I have some Fiberglass inserts for a headlight housing that I need to paint, and I'd like it to be a nice Black Chrome but I don't want to spend over 100 dollars just to get it chromed. Is there some quality Spray can type of paint that'll accomplish this?

Also, are there any other brands other than Duplicolor that offer a line of spray can paint? If I can't find any black chrome paint I'm thinking about doing a High Gloss black with layers of clear
